Yoga in Morocco

It is special to do yoga in Morocco. The environment is so different, the temperature, the sounds, the scents - everything helps to sharpen the senses and make yoga a great experience, strengthening for body and soul. On the trips, of course you do as much yoga as you want, but yoga provides an in-depth experience of Morocco and a chance to process all impressions. Our yoga can be performed by anyone, and you do not need any prior knowledge.

Kundalini yoga

Kundalini yoga is a very old form of yoga with roots in India and Tibet and in kundalini yoga physical exercises are combined with breathing and concentration techniques. The session contains deep meditations and relaxation, all to  give us a deep, energetic balance on all levels. The exercises are performed calmly and sympathetically, always based on one's own ability and capacity.

Yin yoga

Yin yoga is characterized by still positions with a light, soft stretch, performed in silence and conscious presence. Each position is held for at least three minutes, preferably longer, and this helps to give us time to also calm the mind. In yin yoga, you want to access the body's fascia, connective tissue, instead of the muscles. Yin yoga is combined with meditation and a longer rest.
